Integration with HighLevel

Voxloud lets you connect your business telephony to HighLevel with just one click, centralising the data in a single interface and using the HighLevel data to help provide a context to your interactions with customers.

This integration allows you to increase business productivity with the following features:

  • Automatic call log in Go High Level for each call made, lost, received or left on voicemail
  • Automatic customer identification when a call arrives based on the Go High Level contacts list
  • Access to the Go High Level contacts list from all your devices and apps
  • Automatic sharing of the data generated by the Voxloud Sentiment in the user card for each call placed and received, such as the sentiment analysis, the summary and the transcription of the call (requires the “Voxloud Sentiment” and “Call recording” addons)
