Position Overview
Voxloud is looking for a high-energy and dynamic Inside Sales with experience selling technology and/or other services over the phone, by email, and via web-based presentations in the Italian market.
You will be responsible for managing a client book and proactively reaching out to ensure client satisfaction/retention while continuously hunting and closing new business. The ideal candidate has a history of bringing on new business and hitting sales quotas and loves the challenges that come with outbound prospecting in a competitive market
The Inside Sales will work side by side with the Sales Manager, join a passionate Sales and Marketing team made of different professionals from all over the world.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal

Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships

Present products to prospective clients through video demonstrations

Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication

Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs

Collaborate with the customer support to resolve issues aiming at customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation through chat, email and calls

Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
Experience and Requirements

Proven experience as an Sales Representative, or in other sales/customer service role
-
Fluent\native Italian
-
English – at least intermediate

Availability to work in Italian time zone

Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team

The capability of understanding customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business to the value that can be provided by Voxloud

Strong and professional communication skills — written, verbal, presentation

Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently while achieving production goals from an assigned territory or set of accounts

Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables. Acts without being told what to do. Brings new ideas to the company
