Yes. To receive and make calls on App for PC or smartphone and on VoIP landline numbers, you need a data connection, 3G/LTE/4G and/or ADSL/Fiber. You can also receive calls with no data line: you just need to set the call forwarding to your phone number as a regulation of your Voxloud phone system.
In PHONE and ALL INCLUSIVE plans, each inner employee has 1 of our Voxloud VoIP telephone included. It will be sent already configured and ready to use. Zero seconds and no installation costs for you! It’s all included in the monthly fee: assistance, insurance and guarantee.
In DIGITAL and ALL INCLUSIVE plans, each inner employee has the possibility to connect every mobile or landline device to Voxloud cloud phone system and answering and calling wherever he is. Our Apps for iPhone, Android, Pc and Mac are downloadable here or inside Voxloud control panel.
