Vikey's successes with Voxloud

Vikey is a startup that has revolutionized the check-in process of accommodation facilities.

We have developed an IoT product that installs in the facility and is able to give the keys to the apartment or hotel to guests before they even arrive.

The situation before Volxoud

The main problem we had before Voxloud is to quickly automate and scale our internal customer care.
