WashOut's successes with Voxloud

My name is Giuseppe Esposito and I am the CTO of WashOut.

Our mission is to offer cleaning and vehicle care services in a smart, eco-sustainable and time-saving way.

Our customers are typically B2C customers but also and above all companies. We are present in the Italian territory in the major Italian cities: Milan, Rome, Turin, Florence and Bologna, with the aim of being present throughout Italy and also abroad.

The situation before Volxoud

The biggest problems we had in telephony were basically two: the first was having a customer support team and our Washer that was scalable. The second big problem we had to manage came from the pandemic, where the keyword that entered our vocabulary was smart working, therefore the possibility of no longer managing the support team located in a physical point but distributed remotely.

The benefits we got from Voxloud

Voxloud has improved the management and setup of the customer support team, but it has also simplified the management of the phone numbers we use to offer our support to the Washer as well.

The three main advantages are certainly flexibility, therefore the possibility of using the Voxloud service via smartphone, computer but also configuring VoIP phones. The second selling point is a control panel which is easily manageable. The third advantage that should not be underestimated is a helpful, efficient and very very competent help desk.
