Integration with Intercom
Voxloud lets you connect your business telephony to Intercom with just one click, centralising the data in a single interface and using Intercom data to help provide a context to your interactions with customers.
This integration allows you to increase business productivity with the following features:
- Automatic call log in Intercom for each call made, lost, received or left on voicemail
- Automatic customer identification for incoming calls based on the Intercom contacts list
- Access to the Intercom contacts list from the PC app
To activate the integration, simply connect Intercom to Voxloud by clicking on the activation button at the top right.
What you will see in Intercom
- In the conversation details, you can see all made, missed and received calls and the voicemail messages related to the contact.
- You can access the call recording from the conversation details with just one click
