Yes. To receive and make calls using the smartphone or desktop app or a VoIP landline number, you need either a 3G/LTE/4G mobile data connection or an ADSL/fibre broadband internet connection. However, it is also possible to receive calls without any data connection: Simply go to the settings in your Voxloud phone system and set up call forwarding to your regular phone number.
It is a physical telephone that is configured and ready to use with your Voxloud cloud phone system. If you order a PHONE or ALL INCLUSIVE plan, you will receive one Wildix VoIP phone for each of your internal employees. There are no installation costs; you can simply plug them in and start calling. The monthly subscription price includes technical assistance, insurance and a guarantee.
With the DIGITAL and ALL INCLUSIVE plans, your employees can use our app to connect mobile devices and landline phones to the Voxloud cloud phone system – and make and receive calls no matter where they are.
