Questa integrazione ti permette di aumentare la produttività aziendale con le seguenti funzionalità:
- Identificazione automatica del cliente quando arriva una chiamata in base alla rubrica di Microsoft Office 365
- Accesso alla rubrica Microsoft Office 365 dall’app per PC
Per attivare l’integrazione basterà collegare Microsoft Office 365 a Voxloud attivando l’integrazione in alto a destra.
Cosa vedrai in Microsoft Office 365
- Nei dettagli dei contatti, potrai vedere tutte le chiamate fatte, perse, ricevute o i messaggi in segreteria relative al contatto.
- Dai dettagli del contatto potrai accedere facilmente alla registrazione delle chiamate con un click
- Integrazione dei contatti presenti in Microsoft Office 365 in Voxloud
Per attivare l’integrazione basterà collegare Microsoft Office 365 a Voxloud attivando l’integrazione in alto a destra.
