Integration with ActiveCampaign
Voxloud lets you connect your business telephony to ActiveCampaign with just one click, centralising the data in a single interface and using the ActiveCampaign data to help provide a context to your interactions with customers.
This integration allows you to increase business productivity with the following features:
- Automatic call log in ActiveCampaign for each call made, lost, received or left on voicemail
- Automatic customer identification for incoming calls based on the ActiveCampaign contacts list
- Access to the ActiveCampaign contacts list from the PC app
To activate the integration, simply connect ActiveCampaign to Voxloud by clicking on the activation button at the top right.
What you will see in ActiveCampaign
- In the contact details, you can see all made, missed and received calls and the voicemail messages related to the contact.
- You can access the call recording from the contact details with just one click
- IIntegration of ActiveCampaign contacts into Voxloud
To activate the integration, simply connect ActiveCampaign to Voxloud by clicking on the activation button at the top right.
