Cosa vedrai in Help Scout
- Nei dettagli della conversazione, potrai vedere tutte le chiamate fatte, perse, ricevute o i messaggi in segreteria relative al contatto.
- Dai dettagli della conversazione potrai accedere facilmente alla registrazione delle chiamate con un click
- Integrazione dei contatti presenti in Help Scout in Voxloud
