Integration with Slack
Voxloud lets you connect your business telephony to Slack with just one click, centralising the data in a single interface and using the Slack data to help provide a context to your interactions with customers.
This integration allows you to increase business productivity with the automatic call log feature in Slack for each call made, lost, received or left on voicemail.
This means that you can simply choose a Slack channel and have all the Voxloud call information arrive there. Thus, you always have everything under control, in real time.
To activate the integration, simply connect Slack to Voxloud by clicking on the activation button at the top right.
What you will see in Slack
- In the message in a channel, you can see all made, missed and received calls and the voicemail messages related to the contact.
- You can access the call recording from the message details with just one click
