Integration with SugarCRM
Voxloud lets you connect your business telephony to SugarCRM with just one click, centralising the data in a single interface and using the SugarCRM data to help provide a context to your interactions with customers.
This integration allows you to increase business productivity with the following features:
- Automatic call log in SugarCRM for each call made, lost, received or left on voicemail
- Automatic customer identification for incoming calls based on the SugarCRM contacts list
- Access to the SugarCRM contacts list from the PC app
What you will see in SugarCRM
- In the contact details, you can see all made, missed and received calls and the voicemail messages related to the contact.
- You can access the call recording from the contact details with just one click
- Integration of SugarCRM contacts into Voxloud
