Integration with Help Scout

- Automatic call log in Help Scout for each call made, lost, received or left on voicemail
- Automatic customer identification for incoming calls based on the Help Scout contacts list
- Access to the Help Scout contacts list from the PC app

- In the conversation details, you can see all made, missed and received calls and the voicemail messages related to the contact.
- You can access the call recording from the conversation details with just one click
