Integration with Keap

Voxloud lets you connect your business telephony to Keap with just one click, centralising the data in a single interface and using the Keap data to help provide a context to your interactions with customers.

This integration allows you to increase business productivity with the following features:

  • Automatic call log in Keap for each call made, lost, received or left on voicemail
  • Automatic customer identification for incoming calls based on the Keap contacts list
  • Access to the Keap contacts list from the PC app

To activate the integration, simply connect Keap to Voxloud by clicking on the activation button at the top right.

What you will see in Keap

  • In contact details, you can see all made, missed and received calls and the voicemail messages related to the contact.
  • You can access the call recording from the contact details with just one click
  • Integration of Keap contacts into Voxloud
